How our PM program keeps your fleet running

Reactive repair is always more expensive than planned maintenance — in parts, labor, and lost production. Our PM contracts are built around your actual usage so you get real value, not a checklist someone rubber-stamped.

Service intervals matched to your duty cycle

A forklift running two shifts in a busy DC needs more attention than one that moves pallets a few hours a day. We set intervals based on hours, environment, and load — not a generic 90-day rule.

Full inspection at every visit

Fluids, filters, belts, hoses, brakes, steering, mast, chains, forks, tires, safety systems, and battery or LP components all get checked. Anything wearing gets flagged before it fails.

Documentation OSHA inspectors accept

You get written service records for every visit, itemized by unit. That paperwork satisfies OSHA compliance requirements and gives you a clear history when it is time to decide whether to keep, rebuild, or replace a truck.

Priority response when something does come up

PM contract customers move to the front of the line for break-fix calls. Between scheduled visits, if something goes wrong, we are there faster than a first-time caller.

  • Custom service intervals based on usage
  • Full inspection reports for OSHA compliance
  • Fluids, filters, belts and hoses
  • Battery health and propane system checks
  • Priority response for contract customers
