How we match and install forklift tires

Worn or wrong-spec tires cost you traction, fuel efficiency, operator comfort, and safety. We stock the four main tire types and know which one belongs on your truck for the surface you actually run on.

Pneumatic, cushion, solid, and polyurethane

Pneumatic for rough yards and outdoor work, cushion and solid for warehouse floors, and polyurethane for electric warehouse trucks. Wrong tire type on the wrong surface wears out fast and handles worse.

Proper mounting, balancing, and press-on service

Solid and press-on tires require the right press and technique to install without damaging the wheel. We have the equipment and the experience — no shortcuts that leave you with a tire that fails early.

Wheel, rim, and bearing inspection

While the tire is off, we inspect the wheel, rim, and bearings. Catching a cracked rim or a worn bearing now prevents a much larger repair — and a potential safety incident — down the road.

On-site or in-shop replacement

For pneumatic and cushion swaps, we come to you. For press-on and heavier work, the truck comes to the shop. Either way, you get a straight recommendation on which makes more sense.
