How we track down the real problem
Modern forklifts combine hydraulics, engines or battery packs, and electronic control systems. When one signal fails, the symptom rarely points straight to the cause — so we follow a structured diagnostic process to find the root issue fast.
We start with the operator's observations
No one knows your forklift better than the person running it. We ask when the problem happens, what warning lights or sounds appeared, and whether performance changed under load. Those details often cut diagnostic time in half.
Hands-on mechanical and hydraulic testing
We inspect fluid levels, hoses, filters, and visible wear, then test hydraulic pressure and flow, engine compression, transmission response, and brake function. Physical testing confirms whether a component is actually failing or just sending a false signal.
Electronic control system scans
When the truck has an ECU, we pull fault codes, review sensor data, and trace intermittent electrical issues that do not show up during a quick visual check. This catches problems like failing sensors, wiring faults, and controller communication errors.
A clear report and honest recommendation
You get a written diagnostic report with the findings, the recommended repair, and a realistic cost estimate — plus a straight answer on whether the forklift is worth fixing or if replacement makes more financial sense.
