Frequently asked questions.

If you don't see your question below, call us at (760) 241-4575 — we answer the phone.

How quickly can you respond to a forklift breakdown?+

Most calls in the Victorville / Apple Valley / Hesperia area are handled the same day. We aim to have a technician on-site within a few hours during business hours, and we offer emergency response for downed equipment when it's keeping you from running.

Do you service all makes and models of forklifts?+

Yes. We work on Toyota, Hyster, Yale, Caterpillar, Crown, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Clark, and every other major brand — gas, LP, diesel and electric. If it lifts, we can fix it.

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?+

Our shop is at 15603 10th St, Victorville, CA 92395. We serve the entire High Desert including Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Adelanto, Phelan, Barstow, Lucerne Valley, China Lake, Mojave, California City, and Helendale — plus Fort Irwin and Edwards AFB.

Do you offer OSHA forklift operator certification?+

Yes — we run a full OSHA-compliant operator certification program covering classroom instruction, written testing, and hands-on practical evaluation. We come to your site or train at our Victorville facility. Operators receive wallet cards and you get the documentation OSHA requires.

How often does my forklift need to be serviced?+

OSHA requires a daily pre-shift inspection by the operator. Beyond that, most forklifts benefit from preventive maintenance every 200–250 operating hours or every 3 months, whichever comes first. We'll set up a schedule that matches your usage.

Can I rent a forklift while mine is being repaired?+

Absolutely. We keep a rental fleet ready to go — electric, LP and rough-terrain — so you don't lose a day of work while we fix your unit. Daily, weekly and monthly rates available.

Do you buy used forklifts?+

Yes, in any condition — running or not. If you've got an old unit taking up space, give us a call and we'll make you an offer. We also take trade-ins when you buy a reconditioned forklift from us.

Are you set up to work on military bases?+

Yes. We've serviced forklifts at Fort Irwin (NTC), Edwards Air Force Base, and Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake for years. We understand base access procedures, escort requirements, and the documentation standards federal work requires.

How long does forklift operator certification take?+

Initial certification typically takes 4–6 hours per operator — classroom plus practical. Refresher certification (required every 3 years) is shorter. We can train multiple operators in a single session at your site to keep your team productive.

Do you offer written estimates before doing work?+

Always. For shop jobs and any repair beyond a quick fix, you get a written quote with parts and labor before we start. No surprises on the invoice.
